Personal Training/Coaching. Ideal for anyone just starting their fitness journey; get familiar with the basics of squatting, pressing and deadlifting in order to build a strong foundation. Or, for those who have been working out for a while, learn new ways of challenging yourself, identify and combat bad habits or help prepare for an upcoming event. We’re all built differently so all coaching packages are bespoke and based on individual goals and capabilities. Personal Training/Coaching sessions are £40 for a 60 minute 1-to-1 session. Pricing for small groups of 2 or more people are also available on request.
Sports Massage. Help recovery after hard sessions so that you can hit your next workout at your strongest or assist rehabilitation from injury. A sports massage session costs £35.
